Goals Learn how to: • export student information • create an Excel spreadsheet • import student information into ZipGrade • update ZipGrade class rosters • print blank scan documents • input your assessment key into ZipGrade • scan ZipGradedocuments • make key/student corrections • export ZipGrade data into scaling spreadsheet • manipulate the scaling spreadsheet • interpret scaling spreadsheet data • print scanned student documents

  7. Students Open Chrome and go to www.GravityKills.net/zip Download and Open the Importing Spreadsheet

  8. Students Login to either: • Edugence • Gradebook

  9. Students Edugence - Turn to the page 2 of your handoutand complete steps 3-11. Gradebook - Turn to the page 3 of your handout and complete steps 3-13. QUESTIONS – ASK When finished with your first class, complete the rest of your classes.

  10. Students Add practice students Find the file titled “Practice” Go to: • Shared Drive • District Folder • 00_ZipGrade Folder • Open “Practice.csv” Copy and paste the student information beneath your last student.

  11. Students Save the Excel file as a CSV file. • Click File; Save As • Name the file • Select CSV from Save as type.

  12. Students Login to your ZipGrade account • Click on Students • Select – Import Students from CSV • Choose File, check the box and Upload.

  13. Students Complete the Field Mapping Chart Select ZipGrade ID# Select First Name Select Last Name Select Class Period Select Student ID# Click when finished

  14. Students Editing student information • Go to Students. • Click edit • Make changes

  15. Students Adding students • Go to Students. • Click Add New Student • Enter information

  16. Scan Documents Printing Scan Documents • Go to Classes. • Enter Quiz Name. • Click on to download file.

  18. Key Entry Login to your ZipGrade account on your phone. Tap on Quizzes at the bottom of the screen. Tap on New at the top of the screen.
