  2. We might have an opening for a physical educator It’s a big job to fill though. “They” say that Physical Education isn’t that important in schools, when actually it’s one of the most important subjects in education.

  3. According to Webster, it is “instruction in the developmentand care of the body ranging from simple calisthenic exercises to a course of study providing training in hygiene, gymnastics, and the performance and management of athletic games.”

  4. So you think you can just throw out a ball and have your students just play all class period. WRONG! As a physical educator you have to teach your students to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

  5. A healthy lifestyle includes… Regular participation in physical activity Maintaining a healthy body weight Proper Dietary intake Not using tobacco or drugs Moderate alcohol consumption Adequate sleep Sound mental and emotional health

  6. so it includes the importance of this…

  7. And this…

  8. And avoiding unhealthy habits…

  9. So that we have less of this…

  10. And the problems associated with it…

  11. Are you living a healthy life? Physical Education in schools helps kids learn about living a healthy lifestyle for them to carry into their adulthood

  12. So be active! Physical Education is important for each student’s future. Let’s change the way they think about P.E!
