Nacho Bake. Kelsey Garrison. Recipe ingredients (Makes 6 servings). 1 (12 ounce) package of Velveeta Shells macaroni and cheese ¾ cup of sour cream ¾ cup jar of Salsa 1 lb of hamburger meat ¾ cup of shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup of tortilla chips 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet of taco mix.

  2. Recipe ingredients(Makes 6 servings) • 1 (12 ounce) package of Velveeta Shells macaroni and cheese • ¾ cup of sour cream • ¾ cup jar of Salsa • 1 lb of hamburger meat • ¾ cup of shredded cheddar cheese • ½ cup of tortilla chips • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet of taco mix

Recipe Directions • Cook macaroni as directed • Cook hamburger meat with taco seasoning as directed on package • Drain macaroni and add the sour cream and mix together • In a 13 x 9 pan spread ½ of the macaroni on the bottom, top with the hamburger meat, sprinkle ½ of the cheese, and put the other ½ of macaroni on top • Cover with foil and bake in the oven on 400 degrees for 15 minutes • Take out and top with rest of cheese, thin layer of salsa, and top with crushed tortilla chips. • Put back in oven uncovered for 5 minutes
