  5. Question 3 • Are you are carer or know a carer that would like to attend a coffee morning and have an opportunity to meet other carers?

  7. Question 4 • If you have children under 5 would you like a drop in clinic led by the Health Visiting team at Assarts Farm?

GENERAL COMMENTS • Automated telephone choices ‘saves time bothering the reception staff. • ‘Appt line only’ • Consider ‘massage and chiropractor’ • ‘Dr Khalique is very good’, ‘reception staff are lovely’ AF patient • ‘I would like a doctor to stay permanently so there would be continuity of service’

GENERAL COMMENTS CONTINUED.. • ‘would like an answer phone and return call’ • ‘need more receptionists like (JO), very nice and helpful’ • ‘at present the telephones can be very busy and it can be difficult to get a reply’ • ‘generally we find the service from everyone at Bilborough very good and helpful under sometimes very difficult circumstances’
