Re-cap IAP requirements • Support no delay and no loss of credit elements of the pledge • Freeze the audit showing how student's record in quarters applies to semester graduation requirements • Add notes per requirement where system and advisor quarter-semester adjustments have been made • Determine and record projected semester graduation date • Capture approvals of IAP advisor, approver, and student with electronic signatures • When complete, record date and IAP’s program on the student's UniverSIS record • Storage/retrieval for advisor, student, and UC • Data warehouse reporting
