  2. Entering the Classroom • Sit • Check Materials • Follow instructions on board • Work on Vocabulary

  3. Changing Classes • Line Up Appropriately • Quiet in Hallways • Locker time is SILENT time!!

  4. Lunch • Line up for lunch. • Walk Single File and Silent • Last 5 minutes of lunch are silent.

  5. Asking A Question or Speaking • We love discussion!! • Raise your hand. • Wait until you are called on. • No interruptions!

  6. Restroom • Check for pass. • Raise hand with crossed fingers. What if I need to go during class change?

  7. Pencil Sharpener • Always have a pencil. • Sharpen before class. • Bring your sharpener! • Wait patiently and ask permission!

  8. Tissue • If you need a tissue, you may get one. • Do NOT make a scene and interrupt learning.

  9. Lockdown: BING….BingBingStay in Classroom in designated spot Tornado: WHOOP WHOOP WHOOP(series of 3)Go to designated location for the class that you are in Fire: Continuous Buzzing & Flashing Lights Go Outside Safety Alarms

  10. Make Up Work • Be responsible!! • Check for work when you return! • Turn in soon! • Ms. Mitchell will not “chase” your work. • Don’t forget your name!

  11. Turning in Papers Papers are turned in to the stacker that has your period’s number on it.

  12. Gum?! • NO GUM ALLOWED • If caught chewing gum, write a gum essay.

  13. Turning in an Honor Code • Turn in honor code to the teacher that assigned it.

  14. Planners • Copy Planner Board on Mondays. • Be ready for random Planner Checks!

  15. 7th Period – How do you get home?

  16. Hawk Store • This is our “Supply Store” for the Hawks Team. • See Ms. Jones.

  17. Passbook • Ticket out of class! • Fill Out Completely! • Get it signed before leaving!

  18. Before PE… Get your shoes!! You are not coming back to the Pod!
