  5. Click on CENTRES/UNITS

  6. Click on the appropriate Centre to Empanel

  7. Click on Item Empanelment

  8. Click on Item Empanel

  9. Click on Go

  10. Click on appropriate ‘Main Category Item’

  11. Select the appropriate ‘Sub Category Item’

  12. Click on Save

  13. These are the Items pending for Approval

  14. Click on Back

  15. Click on Done to complete the Item Empanelment Process

  16. The Empanelment details are intimated through e-mail

  17. Your Request for Empanelment is Under Process Approval shall be Intimates through e-mail

  18. Approval details are intimated through e-mail

  19. These are the Items approved / pending by the Approver
