Dose visibility • The new roles that we have to create in IMPACT to manage the dose visibility are: • Activity responsible – he/she can see the operational dose of all the workers involved in the activity he/she is responsible; • Deputy activity responsible – only one per activity and has the same rights as the activity responsible; • Department RSO – Can see the operational dose of all the departmental workers for all activities and can see the personal and operational dose history; • RP group – Can see all doses and history; • LHC GLIMOS – Can see the doses and dose history of workers involved on an activity in his/her facility; • RPEs – The facility RPE can see the activity dose and the dose history of all participants involved in DIMRs for his facility; • RSSO – Can see the dose and the dose history of the members of his/her group; • PCR – Can only see the activity dose and the dose history of all company participants for which he/she is the PCR or for companies that are sub-contracted by them. • Already existing roles: • Facility coordinator – Cannot see the doses neither the history; • Participant – Can see his/her operational dose and his/her operational dose history; • Facility RSO - Shall be able to see all the doses and dose history for all the participants intervening in his/her facility.

New ALARA workflow We are trying to “translate” what is defined in the new ALARA document in terms of workflow in something easily understandable This new workflow can only be implemented together with the new roles, so we really need your help to clean the list.
