GARCIA PROJECT FINAL REPORT guidelines
Final Report deadlines • Contributions to be sent to UNITN by the 20th of December 2016; • UNITN will share in mid-February 2017 the first drafts; • Final submission to the Commission: mid-March 2017.
Final Report IMP: the Final Report concerns the whole project period (M1-M36). The number of characters for each contribution is meant spaces included. Please, respect the minimum and maximum length of each contribution. Structure of the Final Report: FINAL PUBLISHABLE SUMMARY REPORT USE AND DISSEMINATION OF FOREGROUND
Final Report – part a) [1] • FINAL PUBLISHABLE SUMMARY REPORT • Executive Summary (4000 characters, 1 page UNITN); • Summary description of project context and objectives (ALL PARTNERS): • Each partner will provide a small paragraph describing the context of their institution and the institutional change occurred along with the objectives achieved (between 1500 and 1700 characters per partner).
Final Report – part a) [2] • Description of the main S&T results/foreground (ALL PARTNERS): • Each partner will provide a concise overview of the general approach to implementation and of the main scientific results achieved and during the whole project. This contribution has to be structured by WP, from WP3 to WP7, Austrian team only WP8. (between 10,000 and 12,000 characters per partner).
Final Report – part a) [3] • Potential impacts and main dissemination activities and exploitation of results (ALL PARTNERS): • Describe the potential impact, including the socio-economic impact and the wider social implications of the project so far (between 2000 and 4000 characters per partner).
Final Report – part b) [1] • USE AND DISSEMINATION OF FOREGROUND (UNITN) • SECTION A (public): • This section should describe the dissemination measures, including any scientific publications relating to foreground. • Template A1 for Publications (working papers, Rutledge –UNITN); • Template A2 for Dissemination activates (events already communicated to UNITN).
Final Report – part b) [2] • SECTION B (confidential or public): • Part B1: • related to a list of application for patents, trademarks, registered designs, etc. • Part B2 (Template B2): • This section specifies the exploitableforeground: UNITN with the support of all partner, if needed.
