We therefore possess deep understanding of the food and beverage, cultural, sight-seeing and general requirements of these guests. • Our online RSVP management system will be managed in-house and NOT outsourced as we have a software specialist on our team who can create the website, provide training for the system and manage all needs throughout the event. • Our transportation partners used to be part of the Jinjiang Group, meaning we have access to the highest quality transport buses and logistics services in Shanghai.

  4. WoCo Shanghai Event 2011 Bosch China’s Automotive Aftermarket World Convention in October 2011 will be the first time that this annual senior management level event will be held in China. The main aim of the event is to showcase the high potential of the future automotive market in China. Bosch’s WoCo event will take place in Shanghai from October 25, 2011 for three days and 300 VIP guests from Europe and Asia Pacific will be invited to witness this important milestone for Bosch China. As the majority of the guests attending this event will be first time visitors to Shanghai it is important to showcase the traditional and modern aspects of Shanghai and China as a whole. A social welcome dinner in a iconic Shanghai venue will kick off the one and a half day conference and we have chosen venues that provide a will showcase both the traditional and modern elements of Shanghai. Our hotel choices have been carefully picked to as they can house both the conference and second night gala dinner within their event spaces. The gala dinner has been designed as a perfect embodiment of corporate branding and traditional Chinese entertainment with a modern and technical twist. This will also be a good opportunity to celebrate Bosch’s 125th foundation anniversary with attendees from all around the world.

A Bosch staff performance can also be choreographed by our dance instructors and we will be able to discuss this in more detail once the general flow of the evening has been decided. One idea for this performance is to present the different traditional regional dances of China with staff dressed in the costumes of each region.
