  10. Next steps Development of national HOMERe Committees in each country of implementation. Promotion of the ”Club des Entreprises HOMERe” Taking into account the objectives of local, national and regional authorities. For instance joining the EU objectives regarding legal migration Implementing a sustainable governance with the management of 1000 interns / a year

Summary • A new intra-Mediterranean internship mobility programme providing companies with a matchmaking platform for sourcing young talents from the region to become their interns and perhaps after their future employees. • Strengthened linkages between business and universities. • Potential employment opportunities for students in their country of origin after the internship ends. • A regional network of internationally skilled alumni with a Mediterranean focus.
