  2. Inleiding • Casus thuissituatie mevr. X. • Aanleg colonstoma volgens Hartmann procedure n.a.v. obstructie sigmoïd.

  6. 15-7-2010 • Stomaprobleem blijft, echter lekkages worden minder. • Hierdoor huid bijna weer intact. • Materiaal blijft dag zitten, moet wel dagelijks worden vervangen.

  8. 23-9-2011 • Stoma blijft regelmatig lekken maar de Convatec convex blijkt in het beste te voldoen. Dagelijkse wisseling huidplaat. • Huidplaat wordt afgeplakt met Circlemate. • In december volgt hersteloperatie. • Risico op naadlekkage ligt hoger dan normaal.

  9. CONCLUSIE • Een oplossing voor een probleem- stoma is helaas niet altijd te vinden. • Het enigste wat je dan kunt doen is alle mogelijke oorzaken uitsluiten en de cliënt zo goed mogelijk begeleiden.. • Intercollegiaal overleg is zeer belangrijk.
