For steel detailing, we use Tekla (X-steel), StruCad V-a15, AutoCAD 2008.

  3. Mechanical- • Our mechanical design team provides design and detailing solution for range of static and revolving equipment for various industries. We have worked extensively on process equipment design & detailing for oil & gas refinery, petrochemical, utility, pharmaceutical etc. Our team is very well familiar with the international codes and standards such as ASME, TEMA and API. We have also delivered design and detailing service for heat exchangers, columns, reactors, tanks, condensers, evaporators etc. Our team has also given engineering solution with fabrication drawings. It includes general arrangement, nozzle details, internal and external details, circular platform detailing, shell development and many others.

Structural- We offer Structural Design & Detailing services for all plant structures such as process plants, power plants, petrochemical, oil & gas plants, steel plants, fertilizer plants and others. Our team is expertise in delivering the structural engineering to the pipe rack, technological supporting structure, industrial & commercial buildings that meet the exact design codes and specifications. We also deliver detailed structural drawings, connection design, erection drawings, fabrication drawings and report preparation. Our structural design and detailing services are performed as per the Indian, British and American codes to meet the international standards. We also have vast experience in Marine & Ship Design Detailing with construction standards, rules and specifications.

Piping- Our engineers have expertise in Piping Design & Detailing engineering services that include pipe supports for process plants, piping routing, piping modeling, piping conceptual layout, piping GAD, piping isometric, piping general arrangement drawings and piping layout & route development. Our engineers have experience in providing these services using various supporting software such as PDS, PDMS, MicroStation, AutoCAD SmartPlant 3D and AutoPlant 3D.

Electrical- Our various other electrical design and detailing services include 3D design of electrical components, power distribution system design, cable routing layouts, indoor/outdoor lighting layouts, earthing layouts and as-built project drawings. We also do standard installation drawings for all types of lighting system, Cable tray/trench layouts and power system.
