Marketing Email Project Scope and Priorities • 1st Priority Group: Broadcast Email – Creation, and tracking of Emails to Verio Retail SMB customers concerning new products, promotions, and other Sales and Marketing Information. Tracking of “Opt-In” and “Opt-Out” information for customers. Key Data (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Product information) • 2nd Priority Group: Transactional Email - This includes emails such as order confirmations and service information. Consolidated View of customer Email communications. Centralized Management of Online Sales and general Marketing related customer email formats (templates). • 3rd Priority Group: Customer Referrals-Prospect Email Communications Management. • 4…5…6… Same as above but focused on EH/GIN Customers (except 3rd Priority Group)

  3. Option 3 – Approved Approach Selected by the Sponsor • Iteration 1 : Autobahn Retail Customers - Broadcast Email functionality. (Depending on Autobahn Release Schedule restrictions) • Iteration 2: Nimbus Retail Customers - Broadcast Email functionality and Siebel Interfaces for internal Sales and Customer Care Interfaces for Broadcast Email “Opt-in/Out”. • Iteration 3: EOS, Autobahn, Nimbus - Transactional Email management. • Iteration 4: ASD and Power Portal - Same as #1 for EH customers, Arbor and Landing Zone - Gin customers. • Iteration 5: Autobahn - Customer Referral • Iteration 6: Nimbus - Customer Referral
