Meet the Tallock Family Members(middle class, mixed ethnicity) • Father: Henry Tallock, 65: obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes, complications of diabetes including renal insufficiency, prostate cancer. Pre-contemplation stage of change, poor lifestyle. • Mother: Elizabeth Levine-Tallock, 52: family history of breast and ovarian cancer. Healthy lifestyle. • Daughter: Karina, 17: perfectionist, possible beginning of eating disorder (restriction) • Daughter: Laura Ann, 15: Obesity, PCOS, Depression • Grandmother: Helen Levine, 77: Breast cancer survivor, hormone modulation and osteopenia • Aunt: Rebecca Levine, 47 : Abnormal breast biopsy, breast cancer and dx of BRCA
