Compound Sentences. Math - Chapter 4 Addition Social Studies – Chapter 3: America’s First People Spelling and Vocabulary – Spelling Test Friday Vocabulary Quiz Thursday. Weekly Contracts due Thursday. Students must choose 3 different activities. Spelling Words: proud shower hour amount voyage choice avoid thousand prowl employ bounce poison annoy appoint broil Vocabulary: errands steady dangerously unwrapped bundles wobbled arranged excitedly School Bus Safety was today. Please review these safety rules with your kids. Dates to Remember: 9/6 – Labor Day 9/8 – Stevie B’s Night 9/10 – Red, White, and Blue Day 9/15 – Canyon’s Night 9/20-24 – Fall Break !!! Students are welcome to buy ice cream on Fridays. The cost is 50 cents. Field Trip: Is coming up in mid October. We will only be allowed a very limited number of chaperones. We will accept these on a first come – first served basis. However, any chaperone must have their volunteer application on file. September 3, 2009
