  2. PC. F. 12/64 Nurse C/o some LBP and severe Left Leg Pain since 3 years. Left leg: Numbness Coldness Weakness No compression of the nerve on the MRI scan- ?? Cause of Pain

  3. PC. F. 12/64 Nurse Left L4/5 nerve root block – eased pain x 4 days Epidural- Feb 02- no relief.

  4. PC. F. 12/64 Nurse March 2002: L4/5 PLIF LBP : 80% better. Leg pain: Gone Returned to work MESSAGE: Degenerative Discs can caused referred leg pain without actual nerve compression
