  3. This last example is a reaming application using PCD cutters in machining hydraulic cylinder bores. Final result PCD machined 19,200 pieces, carbide 1,200 pieces

  4. Final results were PCD tool 402,500 pieces machined, carbide 19,500 pieces. Total tool cost per piece decreased 50%
