  2. To You I will cry, O Lord my Rock: Do not be silent to me, lest, if You are silent to me, I become like those who go down to the pit. Psalm 28:1

  3. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my steps. Psalm 40:2

  4. The nations have sunk down in the pit which they made; In the net which they hid, their own foot is caught. The Lord is known by the judgment He executes; the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Psalm 9:15-16

  5. The Pits: life in general, finances, flat tires, fatigue, fear, failure The Pit: no purpose, no vision, no hope, death, the grave The PIT: hell, the abyss, destruction, separation, torment

  6. And they had as king over them the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, but in Greek he has the name Apollyon. Revelation 9:11
