Morgan Business Plan Competition www.purdue.edu/discoverypark/Entrepreneurship/ ■ (765) 494-6400 ■ MRGN, Suite 120 ▪Started in 1987 –3rd oldest such competition in the U.S. ▪$100k in total prize money in 2008 ▪Limited to Purdue students but includes separate division for graduate and undergraduate students ▪In February 2007 competition, there were 28 teams 1st : onCurrent.com 2nd: RAF Project Solutions 3rd: NudeLaptops.com Next competition will be held April 8th, 2008 ▪Started in 2002 ▪$174k in total prize money in 2008 ▪Showcase people and technologies and encourage economic development in Life Sciences ▪In 2008 competition, there will be 42 teams
