  4. PG&E ESA Program 2015 Year-End Expenditures and Unspent Funds 1 Based on Dec 2015 (Year End) Monthly Report. Final expenditures will be reported in 2015 AR in May 2016. 2The $41.1M in electric funds included in the total and requested to be applied to the 2016 revenue requirement in PG&E’s Application has been adjusted to $38.4M to reflect an accounting adjustment. 1 Includes In-Home Education and Customer Enrollment 2 Statewide Marketing has no unspent funds 3 Includes Training, Inspections, and Evaluations/Studies 4 Utilities must not overspend authorized budgets to avoid mid-cycle program shut down
