  10. Why use technology to research and locate information? • Various sources • Issues are summarized • Very visual • Ease of research – all have same access • Holds attention as it is colorful and interactive

  11. Importance of Text • Class text – see pg. 180 “Despite the attention paid to other components of hypermedia, text remains one of the most powerful ways to communicate ideas. Text can be generated as a multimedia project develops or can be imported from word processing files.”

  13. Why email only to teacher? • Safety so emails come into teacher • Teacher can monitor what is being shared • Practice back and forth

  15. Finished Product • Educators often work from finished product back so sample could be shown. Sample is for model and also for the educator who needs to practice!
