Students have a three-week window after the school year begins to drop an AP class if it proves too challenging. Throughout the first semester, they must uphold the requisite AP level of work; failure to do so will result in a transfer to a similar, lower-level class. Such adjustments can only be made at the end of the semester. This policy ensures that students can adapt to their academic needs while still being challenged appropriately.
