Kees Hoppener Transition year 2011 • A minimum amount of the total delivery of petrol, diesel and biofuels to the market contains sustainable biofuels • Minimum of 2011: 4,25% (energy based) • Submit each 3 months a “biofuels overview” to the NEa • Moment of RED compliance 2011: 29th February 2012
