Outcomes of the meeting • Meet each other and exchange ideas • Meet the members of the IAU Executive Working Group - we met yesterday afternoon • Identify the ‘questions’ and hopefully have answers provided • What can the IAU do for you ? What can you do for the IAU ? • Produce longlist of ideas for ‘global’ events • Seek volunteers for assisting organising ‘global’ events • Ensure we all have a much clearer perspective of what we expect from, and is expected of us for IYA2009
