Strategic Planning is an ongoing process for determining the next, necessary priority areas for improvement by assisting you in documenting what you want to achieve over time and outlining a path to get there A Strategic Plan includes: Goals/Priorityto describe where you want to focus and end up over time Metricsto define how success and outcomes will be measured Benchmarksto target outcomes. Strategiesor initiatives that are expected to drive progress towards the goal. Tactical Plansthat list all of the tasks that must occur to achieve a strategy.
