WELCOME! 5 Steps to a Voice You Love: Feminine, Authentic & Beautiful
New Drill 1. Shakey sounds “haaa” 2. “Aaah” with consonants (Baaa, caaa, daaa, etc) 3. “Oh” with consonants (bo, co, do, etc) 4. Find your highest note before your voice catches or changes register and do the shakey “haaa” in that range. Experiment with your eyes closed. 5. One set of Larynx Lifts, then count to 100 in the highest note that’s comfortable for you. Take breaks and yawn & sigh at frequent intervals.
Homework • Practice the routine 1x a day • Practice shakey sound drill with the video at least 2x a day. Careful not to strain your voice. • Track progress, observations & questions
