Always be prepared as a group • Presentation should be equally shared • Everyone should know all of the material, not just their part • Should be able to jump in, comment and add to each part of the presentation • It is okay to have a leader, as long as the leader does not dominate all conversation • Cut off other team members • Make orders to other team members • Correct someone while they are speaking • Working as a group was the assignment and if you didn’t work as a group…. It showed Group Presentations

Nike Bottle • Needed to talk to the audience more • Seemed to be a little hesitant • Good teamwork on the presentation • Seemed prepared • You could tell by the team worked well together • Comfortable around each other • Tone of the members • The presentation was straight forward and too the point, basic but well rounded • Good design and well executed • The team obviously did their research ad it clearly showed through their tone, voice and style • Could have used more information about the bottle • Size, price • Classmate Combined Grade: B Classmate Feedback

Odwalla Skincare • Well thought out product and market • Product description and strategy were nicely formatted • The presentation was disjointed • Confusing, disorganized • There was too much information on the slides • cluttered • Some people were very silent • People seemed unprepared • People reading straight from the slides was distracting, hard to follow • People’s backs were to the audience while they read the slides • Great that they did extra work (4Ps) • Classmate Combined Grade: C+ Classmate Feedback

Boat Teams – In Class • Each team is to come up with the following: • Your Target Audience Defined • Demographics • Psychographics • A persona of your customer • Name, background, attributes • A Value Proposition for their specific business • A Mission Statement for their specific business • A Survey with at least 10 questions • Questions must help you find information about your audience • Help you make informed decisions about moving your business forward • Help find out pricing thresholds

Boat Teams – Homework • Each person from each team must survey at least 10 people within your target audience • Get each person’s name, age, any other information you find you will need • Have each participant sign the survey answers • Get the Survey answers are to be handed in next Monday. • Either ask them the questions and record them (participate) but then have them sign the survey to authenticate or have them fill out themselves • Review all surveys and come up with 3 things you have derived from this information • Hand in these 3 things • Next Monday you will meet with your team again to pull all of your results together so make sure you have a copy to hand in as homework and a copy to use when discussing with your team. • Read Module 6
