  3. Store Colors • The store colors were mostly gray. They paint their floors and walls dark colors, I think its better that they do it like that so the clothes stand out more.

  6. Mannequins • Zumiez doesn’t really use mannequins much inside of their store. They use mannequins on their display

  7. Customer Profile/ Store Competitors • Most people who shop there are in their teens and young 20s. • Most people who shop there skate. • They don’t really have any store competitors because it is a skate shop and the other skate shops in NYC are smaller and not known.
