Family Parent/Guardian Engagement The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board and Special Education Advisory Committee’s PRO Grant collaboration began in the spring of 2012 Since 2012, over 30 sessions have been offered reaching thousands of parents/guardians within the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board

Family Parent/Guardian Engagement • Sacramental Preparation • Mathematics • Technology, Learning in the 21st Century • Transitions • Mental Health and Well-being • Joint presentation with Ministry of Education, Special Education Branch at Central Committee for School Council’s annual Marketplace

  8. Supporting Your Child’s Mathematical Development “Dufferin-Peel is committed to building individual and collective capacities to enhance mathematics teaching and learning in Ontario” (Mathematics Strategic Plan)

  9. Technology: Learning in the 21st Century Shared Theory of Action: If we provide safe, secure, reliable and sustainable access to technology, then teaching and learning opportunities will be enhanced.

  10. Transition Planning Improving access to appropriate planning and resource supports for all learners contributes to seamless transitions from early years to vocation
