We bring to the table wisdom, innovation, and a complete understanding of the construction industry. We believe our gift is in truly listening to your ideas and desires, which allows us to take them from concept to completion with complete fluidity.

  3. Initial Consultation This typically consists of a 1-1/2 hour meeting where we determine your scope of work, explore design options, evaluate your budget and discuss a timeline. Our first meeting at your home is where we will explore who you are, the way you live, your dreams and desires to create your new space without compromise. 

  4. Design Development & Budgeting The design development phase is where we will work through the floor plans, finish selections, and all drawings for your project. Within this phase we start by drawing up your existing space, develop alternate layout options, select fixtures and finishes, and finish up with a full construction drawing package. Throughout this phase we will be in constant contact with you to ensure we are mindful of your personal style and taste, and budget requirements. We will also be in constant contact with your general contractor and their trades to ensure that we are all on the same page at all times.

Construction Our role throughout this process is to ensure that the design is being followed through as per the drawings. We stay connected with you and your contractor during this phase supporting you throughout this process so communication is clear. We have great relationships with contractors and trades and do everything we can to prevent any potential concerns before they arise!

  6. Decorating We are always available to help with the decorating of your space! This may involve design and selection of furniture pieces, artwork, accessories, or even the staging of your home to look like the beautiful magazine you've always admired.
