The EXE Conference concluded with key strategic insights and priorities for future development. Highlights included the launch of the ‘Finalist Futures’ campaign, discussions on DLHE analysis, and the Grand Challenges Plus initiative. Attendees were encouraged to enhance graduate engagement through LinkedIn and to stress the importance of completing the Destination survey. A focus on improving outputs, engagement levels, and student employability was emphasized. As we reflect on today's experiences, we must consider how to implement new insights and support our graduates in navigating their career paths.
