  6. District 4 Supervisor Race • Non-Asians voters favor Dudum slightly over Mak • Non-Asian voters spread votes between Asian and non-Asian candidates

  7. District 4 Supervisor Race • Asians who voted for Mak or Chan as their first candidate voted, unlikely to vote for Mak or Chan as second candidate • RCV “punishes” candidates for negative campaigning

  8. District 4 Supervisor Race • Negative campaigning drives Mak and Chan supporters to vote overwhelmingly for Jew as second choice • If high Asian voter turnout, Jew will likely win District 4 race
