    2. Current Method ORPA receives and processes a prime award for the PI. ORPA includes information in the NOA email alerting the department that the Subaward Initiation/Change form needs to be completed and sent to Geter Hicks in order for the Subaward to be issued. No subawards should be issued without receiving this form (refer to Subaward Policy revised May 2005).
