Enhancing Student Success: A Comprehensive Menu of Targeted Support Services

This document outlines a variety of targeted services aimed at improving student behavior and academic performance. Key components include the Otter Club, Check-In Check-Out (CICO), structured breaks, and tailored academic support. The programs focus on social skills training, mentoring, and behavior plans, which have shown significant results: a 26% decrease in major office discipline referrals and 85% of students reading at or above grade level. Our approach combines universal, targeted, and intensive strategies to meet diverse student needs effectively.
