Bellshill Area Third Sector Rep Bellshill Area Third Sector Rep The Appointed Individual will be expected to: • Regularly represent the Voluntary Sector at the Bellshill Area Local Area Partnership (4 meetings per annum) • Actively participate in a Liaison Forum with other Third Sector LAP representatives to provide relevant feedback (4 meetings per annum) • Attend Bellshill Area Voluntary Sector Locality Network Events to provide relevant feedback from Bellshill Area Local Area Partnership (2 events per annum) • Work positively with the Bellshill Community Forum and participate in other appropriate locality structures to represent the Voluntary Sector

Nomination & Election Process • Nominations are invited from individuals who live and / or work in the Bellshill area and who are linked to or involved in the voluntary sector in the local area • Individuals are required to have their nomination supported by two North Lanarkshire voluntary sector organisations • All nominees require to submit a short biography detailing their experience and reasons for seeking nomination • All nominations are to be submitted by Friday 14 March 2014 • An election process will take place where multiple nominations are received, with successful candidate expected to be appointed by Tuesday 1 April 2014
