They offer on line download facilities of programs, software and update of the same. There are some online services – • Offering free online courses for small businesses like MS software licensing volume assurance • Have some e-business software like MS Dynamics • Have some consultancy firm who are e-partner and giving advices for e-business through Microsoft software and solutions • E-business: They do business in two separate ways- - Business to Business (B2B) - Business to Customer (B2C) Microsoft has some partner companies who are giving e-commerce related services in favour of Microsoft. Example: Cactus Commerce they work with Microsoft Silver light.
