  1. Temperate Deciduous Forest By: Latifa Al-Shamlan & Leena Al-Thani

  2. How it looks like This is what the temperate deciduous forest looks like in the four seasons. http://www.marietta.edu/~biol/biomes/tempded.htm

  3. Where it is located The temperate deciduous forest is located in the eastern half of north america, middle of europe, asia, southwest russia, japan, eastern china, southern chile, middle east coast of paraguay, newzealand, and southeastern australia. http://www.blueplanetbiomes.org/deciduous_forest.htm http://www.mbgnet.net/sets/temp/map.gif http://www.marietta.edu/~biol/biomes/tempded.htm

  4. What animals live in it These are some of the animals that live in the temperate deciduous forest. The american toad has ponds to live in and lay eggs in, the eastern chipmunk gets his food from the trees by waiting for some acorns to fall from the tree. The yellow-breasted chat lives in the tall trees. The black bear has the rivers to get his food and his fur helps him to better survive in cold weather. The wild turkey feeds on a variety of plants. http://www.marietta.edu/~biol/biomes/tempded.htm

  5. What plants live in it There are lots of plants in the temperate deciduous forest and these are some of them. The plants are food to some of the animals that live in the forest. http://www.marietta.edu/~biol/biomes/tempded.htm

  6. Abiotic Factors The abiotic factors are important to this forest because the animals like the bear need the rivers to get food and survive and they need the rain so that the plants can grow because the wild turkey and other animals eats them. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temperate_rainforest

  7. Human activities that affect the temperate deciduous forest The humans affect the forest because they cut down the trees and some animals live in them. http://www.marietta.edu/~biol/biomes/tempded.htm
