  6. People • We were welcomed by a Hostess • Seated by our waiter • Both wore Mellow Mushroom T-shirts • Both were upbeat and friendly • This isn’t our waiter. • I couldn’t sneak a picture. • But it kind of looks like him.

  7. Process • We were seated immediately – no wait time • Our waiter came to check on us often • Tookwings about 5 minutes and pizza about 20 minutes

Recommendations • Teach employees how to read customers body language to know if they are ready to order yet, to avoid checking literally every few minutes. • Reconsider the price point considering the food type • Make sure bathrooms are cleaned every hour • Require employees to actually sign the cleaning sheet
