Transmission Electron Micrographs and Lipid Analysis of Lacinutrix Species

This document presents supplementary figures featuring transmission electron micrographs of Lacinutrix jangbogonensis PAMC 27137T (a), Lacinutrix mariniflava JCM 13824T (b), and Lacinutrix algibacter JCM 13825T (c), all cultivated on marine agar at 10°C. Additionally, it includes two-dimensional thin layer chromatograms of total polar lipids from these species, analyzed after spraying with molybdato-phosphoric acid. Key lipids identified include phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and several unidentified aminolipids and lipids, using various staining techniques.
