  2. 內容 : 工作之時程、工作分配、個人擔任角色，採用之專案生命週期模式，及本專案未來將如何控管，進一步可以監控專案的風險、產出、量化方式等。

  3. 分工 • 每階段依照個人不同專長， 　而有所區別工作。

  4. 技術 • JAVA • FLASH . . 基本上本組同學以程式方面較為可行，FLASH美工方面得多加強，以及需要演算法設計概念。

  5. 需求 • 資源： API、JAI、FLASH PLAYER…… 建議電腦配備： 基本建議CPUPentium III 1GHz 以上 記憶體256M 以上 硬碟容量1GB 以上 作業系統Microsoft Windows 2000 / XPt 顯示卡Geforce2 MX400 32mb以上 Direct X 版本Direct X 9.0 以上
