  2. What is PBIS? “PBIS is an evidence-based, data-driven decision making framework for establishing the social culture and behavioral supports needed for a school to be an effective learning environment for all students and staff.” (USDOE OSEP PBIS TA Center, 2010)

  4. Time for Celebration:Cass Middle School was recognized by the Georgia Department of Education as a PBIS “Operational” School!(It is similar to earning a 3 out of 4 on the Milestones- in the first year of implementation).

  7. REVIEW OF OUR DATA FROM 2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR:

  8. Last year: 715 office referrals (including 124 bus referrals)

  9. What is School Climate? School climate is the social atmosphere or learning environment in which kids experience learning. Including: • Relationships • Personal growth or goal orientation • System maintenance and system change.
