KM CLIMATE AUDIT SUMMARY TOOLKIT • The scoring system for this toolkit is based upon how ingrained a certain initiative is within an organization: • Non Existent – There is currently no evidence of the initiative in your organization • Initial/Ad Hoc – The initiatives are introduced when there is a directive to do so or when a problem occurs • Repeatable but Intuitive– The initiatives can be replicated but there is no clear process nor documentations in place • Managed & Measurable – The initiatives are part of a process that is monitored , measured and is constantly improved upon • Optimized & Systematic – The initiatives are part of a holistic system that is ingrained within the organization that is directly • contributing to superior business performances • Mean scores of 3 and above indicate healthy KM initiatives.
