  4. Click here

  5. Click on backup

  6. Click here

  7. Click on Restore

  8. Manual back up • Stop the SQL server ERA6 service (enter services by typing services.msc in run to get list of services.

  9. Click on stop against SQL server ERA6 service)

  10. Go to the folder DATA from C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.ERA6\MSSQL\DATA

  11. Copy files ERA6_Data.mdf and ERA6_Log.ldf files (These 2 files are the data backup files)

  12. To restore data backup • Stop the SQL server ERA6 service (enter services by typing services.msc in run to get list of services, click on stop against SQL server ERA6 service) • Go to the folder DATA from C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.ERA6\MSSQL\DATA • Paste the backup files ERA6_Data.mdf and ERA6_Log.ldf files to the folder as mentioned above • Start the SQL server ERA6 service (enter services by typing services.msc in run to get list of services, click on start against SQL server ERA6 service)
