  3. Monday’s Homework – due next class • Read Act 1 scene v in R&J. • Label your paper First Meeting. Answer the following question in at least ½ page. Assure you answer completely. • In your own words, describe Romeo and Juliet’s first meeting. Note: the Act One Quiz will be on Wednesday, 1/29/14.

  4. Act 1 scene 3 • Review I : iii – discuss. • With your learning partner, write down five meaningful questions from this scene. • Ex.: What is the nurse saying in her speech to Juliet and Lady Capulet?

  5. Act 1 scene iv • What’s happening in this scene? • What are the boys wearing? • Is this scene necessary? • What is a Queen Mab? • What’s the purpose of Mercutio’s speech?
