Enhancing Reflective Practices in Student Teachers through Comprehensive Program Engagement

This study explores the effects of an intensive program on fostering reflective capabilities among student teachers. By saturating the curriculum with reflective practices, we aim to cultivate critical thinking and self-awareness in teaching. The program combines workshops, peer discussions, and mentorship to support student teachers in developing their reflective skills. The findings suggest that structured reflective activities significantly improve teaching efficacy and professional growth, ultimately enhancing educational outcomes for future educators.
