  4. 3.49 divided by 12 equals .29 Each can is 0.29 cent.

  5. The quart cost 1.75

  6. Now that we know the prices lets find the unit rate

  7. The 14 oz cost 0.09 per ounce.The can cost 0.03 per ounce.The quart cost 0.05 Per ounce.

  8. The better buy is the 12 oz can.
