Advancements in LPC Synthesis for Violin: True Envelope Estimation and Future Directions

This document outlines the innovative methods of LPC synthesis applied to violin music, presenting a flowchart that covers harmonic analysis, filter coefficient determination, and resonance handling. By focusing on true envelope estimation, we show how to synthesize notes with various pitches and timbres effectively. The project also discusses the handling of individual notes, with a demo illustrating the synthesis process. Future work aims to enhance the synthesis system further by integrating MPI for diverse instruments and improving score reading capabilities for greater realism.

  10. Future work • Use MPI(for windows) to get the result of other instrument • Make a better score reader • More expression • More like the real • Real time
