  2. 1 - Select the Admin Module from the Main Navigation

  3. 2 - Select System Setup from the Secondary Navigation

  4. 3 – Select Manage GL from the secondary Navigation

  5. 4 - Select Create Distribution from the Secondary Navigation

  6. 6 - Select Add Code from the Secondary Navigation 5 - Enter a Unique Distribution ID and relevant Descriptions

  7. 7 – Enter Element Values manually OR select the element value by clicking on the element hyperlink. (Your system will likely have multiple elements) 8 – If Values are entered manually, select Validate GL from the secondary navigation to validate your input 9 – Select Save Changes

  8. 10 - If desired, select Add Code and repeat steps 7 thru 9 as necessary to add additional GL Codes to this Distribution 11 – Enter Distribution Percentages (must total 100%) 12 – Select Save Changes

  9. A message will confirm creation of the new Distribution ID 13 – To associate the new Distribution with an Account, select Hierarchy from the Primary Navigation

  10. 14 – Select the Account radio button, enter any desired search criteria and select Locate Profiles

  11. 15 – Enter the new Distribution ID in the relevant field on the cardholder record. 16 – Select Save Changes
