Mission/Vision/Goal We exist…. • To Build God’s Kingdom, One Disciple at a Time (Matthew 28:19-20) • We will purposefully pursue the activities necessary to recruit and nurture followers of Jesus Christ • To Win the World for Christ, By any means Necessary (Luke 14:23) • We will purposefully pursue every opportunity possible to share the gospel with the world • To Love the Lord thy God with all thy Heart, with all thy Soul and with all thy Mind. And to love our neighbor as thyself (Matthew 22:37-40) • We will purposefully pursue studying and learning our God; loving Him; honoring Him in thought, word and deed; and showing that Godly love toward our neighbor

Focus Areas • PERSONAL GROWTH • Lifestyle – how to act; integrity, character, morality, etc • Personal relationship – Spiritual Growth • Training – formal training besides (and incl Bible Study); Book of the month • Expectation – personal expectation and spiritual expectation • Accountability – each person holds each other accountable; understanding accountability; use it to your advantage. • Money matters – importance of personal financial stability; opportunities to correct financial flaws, etc.

Focus Areas • MINISTRY • Focus of Church – Purpose/Goal/ Road map on how we are getting there together! • Vision • Catching the vision of the church for the future. • Loyalty • Spiritual Gifts • where do you fit in? what’s your niche? • Restoration • Importance of church discipline; • how, when, where and why its done; • your role in church discipline; • process of church discipline

  5. Focus Areas • SERVICE • Discipleship • Counseling • Mentoring • Commitment • Discipline • Fellowship: Can’t live Christianity alone. • GOAL: To produce people who are competent, focused, and committed.
